My experience was definitely notched up a few levels when I received a call personally from OJ, with an invitation for an inspection at short notice. I found OJ to be both professional and personable, which I really appreciated. As it turns out, I was successful in my application, during which time OJ kept me updated, and then led me through the various admin requirements quite efficiently. As for the overall business – I’m very impressed with Bold’s responsiveness to a couple of simple matters that I raised in the incoming condition report – I hadn’t really expected a prompt response, so I was very surprised to have a call from the plumber just a couple of business days later, and the matter was all resolved within a week. We have taken on the services of OJ at Bold property to look after our investment property after he contacted us to discuss how he thought it was undervalued and we were not getting the return that we could be earning. He also discussed that our previous onsite manager might not always have our best interest in getting the best return on our investment as they live and deal with the tenants on a day to day basis - making it hard to sometimes make the tough decisions. After simply emailing our permission for Bokd property to take over - OJ hit the ground running. He organised everything and was able to raise our highly undervalued rental return from $330 per week to $550 per week. We recently had a change of tennants after the previous tenant decided to break the lease. OJ had a shortlist of new tenants he picked within a week , and a new lease signed without us having to pay advertising or any loss of income.
