We have taken on the services of OJ at Bold property to look after our investment property after he contacted us to discuss how he thought it was undervalued and we were not getting the return that we could be earning.

After simply emailing our permission for Bold Property to take over - OJ hit the ground running. He organised everything and was able to raise our highly undervalued rental return from $330 per week to $550 per week. OJ had a shortlist of new tenants he picked within a week, and a new lease signed without us having to pay advertising or any loss of income. He is a great down to earth no nonsense guy and I couldn’t fault the way he has conducted himself.

Alison Farrell Review

Alison Farrell is our senior property manager who has managed 3 of our investment properties in Ascot, Newstead and Sherwood. Alison is by far the best property manager we have dealt with. We initially had Alison manage one of our properties, we were so impressed with not only how organised and professional she is but as property owners she always had our best interests at heart. Inspections are always done on time, reports and photos are supplied in detail. Unlike other Property Managers, Alison actually cares about her clients and the properties. The moment a tenancy is up for renewal or a tenant may decide to vacate, Alison has an open home or new agreement signed well in advance so that we, as property owners are not out of pocket. It wasn’t before long we signed our other two properties over to Alison. We highly recommend and put forth Alison Farrell as the best property manager in Brisbane
